摘要
利用Aspen Plus通用化工模拟软件对丙烯的精馏分离进行模拟,对于组成一定,进料量一定的精馏分离过程,通过软件灵敏度分析功能优化其操作条件。利用软件设计规定功能,分析了丙烯纯度指定为99.6%时,进料量、进料组成变化对分离的影响。进料量越大,对产品质量要求越高,则能耗消耗越大。当进料中丙烷含量波动,含量增大时,可以加大丙烷的采出量,通过降低丙烯收率的方式稳定塔顶丙烯的纯度要求。
The distillation process of propylene was simulated by Aspen Plus software. Through sensitivity analysis functions, the main operating conditions were optimized for the distillation process when the feeding quantity and composi- tion were fixed. When the propylene purity of the distillate was specified as 99.6%, the effect of the feeding amount and feeding composition for separation result were analyzed using the design requirements functions of Aspen Plus. The greater feeding and the higher product quality requirements, the more energy consumed. Increasing the amount of the bottoms and decreasing the propylene recovery, the amount of the feeding propane was increased to meet the purity required of the dis- tillate.
