以丁醛为原料经2步合成中间体2-氨基-5-乙基-3-噻吩甲酸(3),中间体3与2-吡啶甲酸反应合成中间体2-(2-吡啶基)-6-乙基-4H-3,1噻吩并噁嗪-4-酮(4),中间体4与取代的胺反应得到了一系列噻吩酰胺的衍生物(5a~5g),其结构得到了1H NMR、13C NMR、IR、和MS表征。
Amide with thiophene derivative was synthesized by reaction of 2 - (2 -Pyridyl) -6 -ethyl -4H -3,1 thiophene and oxazin -4 - ketone with substitude amines. 2 - (2 -pyridyl) -6 -ethyl -4H -3, 1 thiophene and oxazin - 4 - ketone was prepared by reaction of 2 - amino - 5 - ethyl - 3 - thiophenecarboxylic acid with 2 - picolinate, 2 - ami- no - 5 - ethyl - 3 - thiophenecarboxylic acid was prepared by reaction of butyraldehyde with ethyl cyanacetate and sulfur as starting materials in two steps. The structures were characterized bylH NMR, 13C NMR, IR and MS.
