以探讨离子色谱法在化妆品亚硝酸盐测定中的应用为目的,以乙腈作为破乳剂,高速振荡,离心,上清液经超纯水稀释后,经0.22μm的尼龙滤膜和C18柱后,将溶液注入配有电导检测器的离子色谱仪检测,外标法定量。结果显示,该法线性相关性好RNO2-=0.9998,将其回收率98.6%～101.2%。该法适合检测亚硝酸盐中亚硝酸盐的含量。
