摘要 运用模糊综合评价法对影响联合站场安全性的主要因素即:安全管理、操作人员、生产设备、环境因素、事故应急救援、消防系统进行安全评价,通过对评价对象准则层、指标层、方案层权重的计算,判断其各种因素在各自层次上的安全等级,最后运用模糊综合评价对整个联合站场进行安全等级的判定,使得评价结果更加客观化。通过对结果的分析,可知评价对象哪些地方需要进一步改进,有利于企业更好的了解其自身存在的不足之处,不断改进,力求达到安全生产运行的目的。 Safety management, operators, production equipment, environmental factors, emergency rescue and fire - extinguishing system which were considered as influenced factors for the safety of union stations were assessed by fuzzy comprehensive assessment method. The weight of criteria layer of assessment subject, index layer, and plan layer were calculated to determine the safety rank of every kind of influenced factors in each layer, finally fuzzy comprehensive as- sessment method was applied in safety rank assessment of the entire union station. The results showed it would be more objective by using this assessment method. Through the assessment of the results, it would be helpful for the enterprise to find out the limitations and to maintain safe production by continuous improvement.
