摘要
《论语》的写作反映了作为一个教师存在之困厄。这个困厄是一个难以处理的复杂的教育关系,要求一个教师在保护学生心灵、追求理想与自我完善,以及服务于现实之间保持一个健康的理性平衡。作为一个教师意味着需要教育智慧和生活艺术。这几乎是一个无法完成的任务,孔子亦不能外。《论语》的写作是对这个问题缜密的思考,但却不是一个典范。《论语》展现的并非一个完善的老师,而是一个渴求完善的老师:能够接受批评,寻求对话,能够让后来者感受到不断成长的欲望、思考的力量以及存在的重负。
The writing of Confucian's The Analccts tells us the existent difficulty of being a teacher. The difficulty is a hard nut to crack which embodies a troublesome and complex relationship of education. As a teacher, he is required to keep the good balance of these goals that are to protect a student's mind, to persue the educational ideal and self-improve- ment, and to serve the nowadays. As a teacher, he or she needs educational wisdom and living tacts. It means a teacher is not almost a possible task, nor is Confucius. The writing of The Analccts implies Confucius's careful thinking about ed- ucation. The Analccts does not show a perfect teacher, but a teacher who goes after self-improvement, accepts criticism, and seeks dialogues. He can make newcomers feel the growing desire, the power of thought, and the hard existence.
