摘要 "极化"是当代社会阶层结构发生的断裂现象,社会阶层被区分为极富和极贫两极,中间阶层日趋贫困。当代中国社会的"极化"现象日趋明显,财富和资源被相对集中,社会分层日益趋向于稳定和固化,不同阶层之间的流动性减少,学校教育在社会升迁中的作用开始减弱。城市和乡村、主城区和郊区、优质学校和薄弱学校之间的界限越来越明显,学校教育越来越被区隔化,优质教育资源被相对集中,部分人群在义务教育阶段被边缘化,成为接受义务教育的不利群体。义务教育发展过程中的"教育品牌战略"使义务教育发展走入了误区,各级政府是义务教育均衡与公平发展的首要责任担当者。 "polarization" is the breakage of the class structure of contemporary society. Social classes are divided into very poor and affluent poles. Middle class becomes more and more poverty. "Polarization" phenomenon of contemporary Chinese society has become increasingly clear, and the wealth and resources become relative concentration. The social strat- ification increasingly tends to be stable and curing, reduced liquidity between different classes, and school education be- comes weaken in the course of social promotion. The urban and rural areas, the boundaries between the main city and suburbs, the quality schools and weak schools become more and more obvious. School education is increasingly being sep- arated. High-quality education resources are relatively concentrated. Part of the population is marginalized in the stage of compulsory education. The 'strategy of education brand' in the development of compulsory education puts the development of compulsory education into errors. Governments at all levels have the primary responsibility for the development of fair and balanced of compulsory education.
