摘要
根据线切割机床的组成和工作原理,采用工控机和单片机上下位机的设计方案开发,并实现了一种线切割机床加工的电机控制系统,介绍了电机控制系统中的步进电机驱动电路,丝筒电机变频调速电路和非接触换向电路,以及与线切割加工密切相关的火花放电采样电路的软硬件设计。实践证明该电机控制系统完全满足线切割机床的加工要求,步进电机运行平稳、可靠,丝筒电机调速方便,换向稳定。
According to the wedm composition and working principle, design development of the industrial PC and single-chip microcomputer upper and lower machine was introduced and realized a wedm processing of motor control system, the motor control system of stepping motor driver circuit was introduced, wire cylinder motor frequency control circuit and the non-contact directional control circuit and contact with wire-cutting processing closely related to spark discharge circuit hardware and software design of sampling, the practice proved the motor control system fully met the requirements of the processing of wedm, the stepping motor running smooth, reliable, wire cylinder motor was convenient, reversing stability.
