当今社会的复杂性不断增加,社会建设面临的问题和困难也越来越繁杂。简化社会复杂性有助于我们对整体的把握和对问题的处理,简化社会复杂性最有效的机制是社会信任,而社会信任的基础是所有社会主体恪守责任伦理的要求。生态文明纳入中国特色社会主义总布局建设的"五位一体",既是社会复杂性增加的表现,其融入其他建设的各方面和全过程也为社会复杂性的简化解决提供了契机。责任伦理的明确在生态文明建设中有助于简化社会复杂性、激发社会创新活力、促进社会和谐有序发展。

In today＇s society, as complexity increases unceasingly, there are more and more multifarious problems and difficulties in social construction. Simplification of social complexity will lead us to holistic grasp and treatment of the problems, and the most effective mechanism is social trust. The basis of social trust is that all social subjects abide by the requirements of responsibility ethic. Ecological civilization included into the general layout of ＂Five-in-One＂ of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics, is the sign of the increase of social complexity, and its combination with all aspects of the other constructions and the whole process also provides an opportunity for the simplification of social complexity.
