通过引入虚拟仪器技术到接触器的研究开发过程中,将8项耗时费力的接触器基础性能试验项目高度整合在一起,并使其自动化,大大提高了工作效率。同时,标准化各项参数指标的算法,开发了自动分析计算软件,使试验结果的准确性和一致性大幅提高。
By introducing the virtual instrument technology into the research and development process of a contactor, the eight time-consuming contactor basic performance tests were integrated and automated, so that the work efficiency is greatly increased. And the algorithm to calculate the test data was standardized in order to make the test results more precise and consistent.
