摘要
搭建了基于Matlab的考虑雪崩击穿效应的光伏电池模型,分析了不同的光照条件对光伏电池正反向输出特性的影响。分析了部分阴影遮挡条件下热斑效应形成的原因。以电池串、并联和及组件串、并联的输出特性为基础,从理论和试验仿真上得出了光伏阵列功率输出的多峰特性产生的原因。此外,在部分阴影遮挡条件下,对比分析和验证了旁路二极管及阻塞二极管的加入,能够减少阵列的功率损失。
A model of photovohaic cells considering the avalanche breakdown effect based on Matlab was set up. The influence of different insolation on output characteristics was studied based on the model. It also figured out the reason of hot spot under the condition of partial shading. And it studied the multi-peak characteristics of photovaltaic array power output from theory and experimental simulation based on battery and assembly serial- parallel output characteristics. Besides, it turns out that with the help of bypass and blocking diode, the output of photovohaic array under partial shading can be improved greatly.
