内蒙古自治区煤炭“空中走”的优势分析

Advantage Analysis of the Coal “Walking in the Air”in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

本文针对内蒙古自治区煤炭外运遭遇到陆路运力不足的阻碍以及陆路运输对煤炭成本的提高和环境的污染,介绍一种新的解决办法,即将煤矿在开采地提炼,用于发电和制铝,通过高压电缆输送到中东部地区以解决公路拥堵、铁路满负荷运行、煤炭成本居高不下和运输车辆尾气污染等众多问题。在内蒙古本地通过燃烧、冶炼,变运煤为输电可为自治区的可持续发展带来极大的动力,铝业的发展也会成为自治区全新的经济增长点。

Aiming at coal external use encountering obstacles of insufficient amount of overland freight and coal cost improvement and environmental pollution due to overland freight in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, a new solution which means coal refined nearby and used for power and smelting aluminium is put forward. Through high voltage cable, power is transmitted to the midwest of China in order to solve plenty problems, such as road congestion, railway operation at full load, coal cost remaining high and vehicles offgas pollution. With combustion and smelting in Inner Mongolia, make coal transportation into power transmission to encourage the sustainable development of the autonomous region dramatically. Meanwhile, the development of aluminum industry will become a new economic growth point of the autonomous region.
