滚动实习是安排学生在企业不同岗位、分阶段、递进式的实习模式。轮岗实习不仅能够有效提升学生对不同岗位的胜任能力,而且促进形成"互利双赢"的校企合作模式。滚动实习的关键是实习企业的选择和实习岗位的丰富化。学校加强滚动实习的过程管理,严格按照计划组织、实施和考核,以实现学生职业能力的螺旋式上升。

Rotated internship is a practice style that is arranging chain operation management major students for practising in the chain-enterprises in different positions among the terms. Work shift practice not only can effectively improve students＇ competence to different post, but also promote the forming of ＇mutual benefit and win-win＇ school-enterprise cooperation mode. The key to the rotated internship is the choice of virtual enterprises and practice of post enrichment. The school shoud strengthen the processes management and strictly organising, implementing and evaluating according to the rotating internship in order to realize the students＂ vocational competencies spiral.
