Gamma nail treating intertrochanteric fracture

目的总结Gamma钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床经验。方法回顾性分析行Gamma钉治疗的30例股骨粗隆间骨折患者病历资料，根据Harris髋关节评分标准评价髋关节功能。结果30例患者均获得随访，随访时间3～24个月。术后优21例，良7例，差2例，优良率93．3％。结论Gamma钉治疗股骨粗隆问骨折具有操作简单、创伤小、固定牢靠等优点，是理想的内固定物。

Objective To summarize the clinical experience using Gamma nail to treat intertrochanteric fractures. Methods Thirty intertrochanteric fractures patients enrolled from January 2010 to February 2012 were treated with Gamma nail in our department. We performed a retrospective analysis. Results All 30 patients were followed up for 24 months. According to the Harris hip score, 21 cases were excellent, 7 cases were good and 2 eases were poor, excellent rate was 93. 3%. Conclusion Gamma nail is an ideal internal fixation for intertrochanteric fractures.
