三黄止痒搽剂薄层定性鉴别方法研究

Quality Control of Sanhuang Liniment by HPTLC

目的:建立三黄止痒搽剂的薄层定性鉴别方法。方法:采用HPTLC法,以不同展开系统分别对处方中黄柏、黄芩、大黄、苦参进行薄层定性鉴别。结果:HPTLC的斑点清晰、分离度较好。处方样品中斑点与对照品中斑点Rf值一致,阴性无干扰。结论:所建立的方法对方中的药材可准确、快速地进行定性检测,可用于三黄止痒捈剂的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a method of high performance thin layer chromatography （HPTLC） for identifying the qualitation of Sanhuang liniment. Methods： Identified the Amur Corktree Bark, Baikal Skullcap Root, Rhubarb and Lightyellow Sophora Root in the prescription of Sanhuang Liniment by different development system with HPTLC. Results： The spots appeared clear and the resolution was satisfactory. The Rf values of spots of prescription samples were consistent with those of reference substance. There is no negative interference. Conclusion： The method is proved to be sensitive and precise, and can be used for the quality control of Sanhuang liniment.
