系统性红斑狼疮并发问质性膀胱炎的临床分析
摘要
系统性红斑狼疮（systemic luPus crytheinatosus，SLE）是一种自身免疫性结缔组织病，以女性多发，男性少见。可累及全身多种脏器或器官，临床表现复杂多样。泌尿系统中最常受累的脏器是肾脏，合并间质性膀胱炎（interstitial cystitis，IC）国内外文献报道较少。为提高对该并发症的认识，作者回顾性分析2003年3月至2012年3月本科诊治的4例SLE合并IC患者的临床资料，并结合复习相关文献，以探讨该病的临床特点。报道如下。
