低压开关电器触头系统试验装置的设计

摘要 开发了一套参数可调控的低压开关电器触头系统的试验装置。装置采用单片机控制步进电机来驱动动触头执行相应动作,实现了参数可调、触头运动状态可控。分析了触头传动连杆机构的传动关系,并进行了结构参数的优化设计。装置的触头运动特性测试结果声明,其满足设计要求。 A set of the experimental equipment of the contact system in low voltage electrical switch was developed. The step motor is used as the source drive of this equipment and the MCU system as its controller circuits. The contact system is directly driven by the step motor to accomplish the desired movement. With the design and optimization of the control strategy and control program, the parameters and dynamic property of this device are adjustable and controllable. The transmission characteristics of the planar linkage in contact system of the breakers were analyzed and the structural parameters were redesigned and optimized. The mechanical property of this equipment was tested with the results which show that the requirement is basically satisfied.
