民族药飞龙掌血总黄酮含量测定

Determination of Total Flavonoids from Toddalia Asiatica Lam.

目的:以芦丁为对照品,用紫外-可见分光光度法测定了民族药飞龙掌血枝叶总黄酮含量。结果表明:飞龙掌血枝叶中总黄酮的相对百分含量为10.56%,精密度实验RSD为1.82%;卢丁对照品在0.01375～0.2200mg/mL范围有良好的线性关系,回归方程为A=10.27C+0.0138,相关系数R2=0.9999。结论:该方法操作简便、结果可靠,能为飞龙掌血药用价值的开发及扩大资源利用提供科学的依据。

Objective：The percentage of total flavonoids from Toddalia asiatica Lam. was determined by ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometry at 500nm based on the standard curve with rutin as controlled sample. Results：The results showed the percentage of total flavonoids in Toddalia asiatica Lam. was 10. 56% and there was good linearity（ R2 = 0. 9999） during the range of 0. 01375 - 0. 2200mg/mL for rutin, the regression equation：A = 10. 27C ＋ 0. 0138. The relative standard deviation RSD was 1.82%. Conclusion：The ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometry method is simple and reliable to measure the con- tent of total flavonoids in Toddalia asiatica Lam. It provides a certain referential gist for the exploitation and expand resource utilization of the Toddalia asiatica Lam. g medical Value.
