摘要
本文对黑木耳多糖的微波提取工艺进行了考察。采用单因素及正交试验方法考察微波提取最佳工艺条件。结果显示,最佳提取工艺为微波功率90W、提取时间20min、料液比1:25、提取次数为4次,黑木耳多糖得率为10.52%。微波法提取黑木耳多糖效率高,能耗小。
To investigate the optimum technology conditions of microwave extraction of polysaccharide from Auricularia auriculajudae. Methods:The optimal technology conditions were explored by single -factor studies and orthogonal experi- ments. These factors contain microwave power, extraction time, solid - liquid ratio and extraction times. Results:The optimal extraction technology conditions for polysaecharide from Auricularia auriculajudae was 90W ( microwave power), 25 min ( ex- traction time), 1:25 (solid -liquid ratio)and 4 times (extraction times). Under these conditions, the yield of Auricularia auriculajudae polysaccharide was 10. 52%. Conclusion:The microwave can be used in the extraction of polysaccharide from Auricularia auriculajudae, and the method is efficient and less energy.
