By introducing Gagne＇s ＂information processing theory＂ and Vigo J Ki~ ＂ zone of proximal development＂ in aerobics teaching to consider the cases such as expansion, end scenario ,we give in - depth analysis on Aerobics Teaching from the perspective of theory with practice, and research the modern teaching theory of aerobics teaching strategy to support to promote the development of Aerobics teaching.
