分析了钢锭表面纵裂纹产生的原因,认为纵裂与铸温、铸速、锭型、钢种、钢锭模内壁质量和现场操作有关,并结合舞钢炼钢厂的钢锭浇铸工艺,提出了减少钢锭表面纵裂纹的措施,收到了较好的效果。

The article introduces the longitudinal surface cracks on ingot produced by Steelmaking Plant of Wuy- ang Iron and Steel Co. Ltd, analyzes their causes, and considers that the longitudinal surface cracks relate to the casting temperature, casting speed, ingot type, steel grade, inner surface quality of ingot mould and site operation. On the ba- sis of the casting process in Steelmaking Plant, preventive measures to reduce ingot longitudinal surface cracks have benn implemented,which receives a good result.
