摘要
针对热轧中厚板生产中氧化铁皮对钢板表面质量的影响,从除鳞工艺、高压水泵、喷嘴冲击力等方面对除鳞效果和节能措施进行了分析,对舞钢第一轧钢厂除鳞系统的现状进行了改进探讨。
For the effect of oxidized scale on surface quality of steel plate during medium plate roiling, the paper decribes the effect of descaling process, high pressure water pump, nozzle impact force on descaling result and energy conservation, discusses the current preventive measures of the descaling system of No. I Roiling Plant of Wugang.
