在对体育休闲活动设施的构成与分类梳理的基础上,从政策角度对上海体育休闲活动设施的发展演变过程进行探讨,具体体现以下两个方面:一是体育休闲活动设施配置社区化;二是体育休闲活动设施布局集聚化。研究认为,未来的发展重点在于打造相对公平公正的休闲氛围,提升体育休闲活动设施的亲民、便民和惠民性,并进一步通过优化运营模式来保证体育休闲活动设施的永续利用。

Sorting out the component parts and categories of leisure sport facilities, the article discusses the evolution of Shanghai leisure sport facilities from the angle of the policies. The evolution of the facilities can be seen in the community-based allocation and aggregated layout. The emphasis of future development should be layed on creating a relatively fair leisure atmosphere and enhancing the popularity, convenience and benefit of the leisure sport facilities for the people. Operation should be further optimized so as to ensure the sustainable use of leisure sport facilities.
