摘要
烟草制丝线是自动化流水线,自动化程度高,设备偷停故障对烟草制丝加工工艺水平影响很大。文章通过对制丝线设备出现的各种偷停故障的原因进行分析,总结出有针对性的设备检修解决方法,并提出预防措施。
Tobacco primary processing lines are automated assembly lines with high automation. Sudden breaking-down faults of equioments greatly influence the orocessing levels of tobacco. In this paper, reasons for sudden breaking-down faults are analyzed, and solutions to settle these faults are concluded. At last, the relative precautions are put forward.
