跨国开发团队已经成为经济全球化趋势下各大跨国公司进行产品开发团队建设的第一选择。跨国开发团队的多元化和远距离等特殊性对团队的沟通管理,开发过程管理以及绩效管理提出了更多更高的要求。如何从这三方面出发有效管理跨国团队,是各大跨国公司需要持续研究的重要课题之一。
Under the trend of economic globalization, multinational development team has become the first choice within various international companies for the construction of production development. More and more essential requirements have been raised towards the aspects of communication management, development process management as well as performance management in multinational development team for its special characteristics, such as diversity, remote distance and so on so forth. How to manage multinational team efficiently from the above three aspects has become the significant study theme.
