移动互联网的发展造就了流量时代。通过分析运营商的经营现状,提出通过构建智能管道,打造聚合平台,改变经营策略等方面来适应移动互联网的发展,通过精细化流量经营提高运营商的收入。
The development of mobile Internet has created a data flow era. Through the analysis of cur- rent situation of operators, this article puts forward the measures of constructing intelligent pipeline, building aggregation platform and changing business strategy to adapt to the development of the mobile Internet, as well as the measure of refining flow management to improve operator＇s revenues.
