Femto, as a way of 3G network optimiza- tion, has the function of strengthening 3G network capability and offloading data traffic. By comparison of Femto and WLAN and analysis of the problems in earlystage of market penetration, this paper stud- ies the feasibility of the Femto market in campus, and puts forward marketing strategies.
