摘要
在中棚内和大棚内进行干湿交替结合碘钨灯增温增光培育烟苗,并与中棚和大棚内常规漂浮育苗进行比较。结果表明,干湿交替处理的成苗根系发达,茎秆粗壮,茎高和干物质积累居中;碘钨灯处理的烟苗长势较快,可增加苗期积温,但对干物质的积累无增加作用。干湿交替处理结合碘钨灯增温可使烟苗成苗期提前,培育健壮发达的根系,但对烟苗的有效叶数无明显增加。
Conventional floating system was used as control, and experiments were carried out to study the effects of dry-wet alternate treatment and warming and lighting treatment on the quality of tobacco seedlings. Results showed that the tobacco seedling had developed root system roots and stocky stem with dry-wet alternate treatment. The tobacco seedlings grew well in much higher temperature and illumination conditions by iodine-tungsten iamp shining, but for dry matter accumulation. The growing stages and root system of tobacco seedling advanced, but the leaves had noremarkable increase with dry-wet alternate and warming and lighting treatment.
