摘要 初步研究了以胡萝卜为原料,添加0.4%的CMC,经流延成型、热风干燥而制成具有一定机械性能和营养特性的可食性包装膜。通过探讨各因素对成膜品质的影响,确定了可食性包装膜的工艺流程,该食品可作为可食性包装材料应用于食品包装领域。 The process of making edible vegetable paper was preliminary studied in this paper. Add 0.4% CMC into carrot pulp, and then processing by tape casing and hot air drying, it can made edible vegetable paper. The edible vegetable paper has a certain mechanical properties and nutritional characteristics and it could be using as edible wrapping. The optimum production process was reached based on various experiments, and the product was expected to use as edible wrapping in the field of food wrapping industry.
