广东地区不同长春花品种的遗传多样性分析 被引量:1

摘要 利用ISSR分子标记技术对广东地区栽培的25个长存花品种进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明,供试的15条引物共扩增出110条清晰的条带,平均每条引物扩增出7.33条;多态性条带为69条,多态性比率(PPB)为62.7%,说明25个长春花品种问存在较丰富的遗传变异,ISSR标记可用于长春花的遗传多样恺:分析。品种间的遗传相似系数介于0.69~0.94之间。UPGMA聚类分析将25个长春花品种分成2组,陔聚类结果表明同一系列不同颜色的品种具有较高的遗传相似性,各个商业品系的品种间存在广泛的杂交或具有相同的原始育种材料;花色遗传存分类学上的地位比花眼花色遗传重要;偏蓝色系、白色系均与其他色系相比遗传距离较远。 In this study, genetic relationships between 25 cultivars of Catharanthus roseus in Guangdong were analyzed by using ISSR (inter-simple sequence repeat) markers. PCR amplification with 15 primers generated a total of 110 bands (on average 7.33 bands per primer), out of which 69 were polymorphic (62.7%). The results indicated that these cuhivars had comparatively high genetic variation, and 1SSR markers were suitable to examine genetic diversity of thess species. Genetie similarity coefficients between these cultivars ranged from 0.69 to 0.94. Clustering analysis using UPGMA method showed that the 25 cuhivars of C. roseus couht be classified into 2 clades. The results suggested that extensive crossbreeding should have occurred between the cultivars. The petal color was more intormative in reflecting genetic relationships than the flower eye color. Genetic distances between cultivars with blue flowers and those with white flowers were the most distant.
