阿坝藏族羌族自治州草地资源可持续利用评价研究

Evaluation of sustainable use of grassland resource in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture

阿坝藏族羌族自治州不仅是少数民族聚居区,也是我国长江黄河流域上游的重要水源涵养地。该区域草地资源的可持续利用问题影响着区域畜牧业和经济的发展,还影响着民族团结和边疆稳定。根据可持续利用的内涵,从生态、经济、社会3方面综合考量,共选取12个指标构建了阿坝州草地资源可持续利用的3层评价体系。采集相关指标数据,利用熵值法计算出阿坝州2005—2010年草地资源可持续利用的变化趋势。结果表明,2005—2007年可持续利用程度逐步上升,2008年地震期间出现波折,但是在中央及各地方政府的大力支援下,2009—2010年草地可持续程度出现飙升。

Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture is not only the ethnic group, but also the important water conservation in the upstream of the Yellow River and Yangtze River. Sustainable use of grassland resources in this region affects the livestock and economic development, and the national unity and stability in border areas. Based on the meaning of sustainable use, the article from the comprehensive consideration of ecological, economic, social, and 12 indicators were selected to construct a sustainable use evaluation system for the Aba Prefecture grassland. The corresponding indicator data were get, and he Entropy Method was used to calculate the Aba Regional grassland resources in a sustainable trend from 2005 to 2010. The level of sustainable utilization from 2005 to 2007 gradually rose, but an unexpected turn appeared during the 2008 earthquake period. Under the strong support of the central and other local zovernments, the meadow sustainable levels soared from 2009 to 2010.
