利用园地山坡地补充耕地的景观生态保护分析

Analysis on landscape ecological potection of the supplement of farmland with gardens and hillside in Guangdong

利用园地山坡地补充耕地是广东省优化土地利用,实现耕地占补平衡和总量动态平衡的一项重要举措。但有的地区片面追求增加耕地数量和产出,对补充耕地区域的景观生态建设不够重视,进而引发了一些生态问题。在探讨利用园地山坡地补充耕地对开发区域生态环境影响的基础上,系统分析了利用园地山坡地补充耕地项目的实施对自然生态环境和社会经济环境带来不利影响的原因,为广东省进一步规范化、科学化实施补充耕地项目提供理论基础。

As an effective measure to optimize the use of land and keep the balance of the total amount of infield, the supplement of farmland with gardens and hillside was developed in Guangdong. However, in many areas, the addition or increase of the infield areas was considered as the main goal and the fundamental motivation. As a result, the development zones unilaterally seek for the increase and output of the infields without paying attention to its effects on the infields and the local places, nor the ecological construction of the scenes, which further leads to some ecological problems. Under such circumstances, the paper discussed the influence of the supplement of farmland with gardens and hillside on the ecological environment first and then analysed the reasons of the bad influence caused by the displacement development on natural ecological environment, and social and economic environment, which provided the theoretical basis for the further development of the supplement of farmland with gardens and hillside in a more scientific and standard way.
