德国生物能源发展始终居于世界前列。从固体燃料、生物燃料和沼气3个方面分别介绍了德国生物能源的使用现状、市场占有和未来规划,分析了德国支持生物能源发展的法律法规、补贴机制、税收优惠和进口政策等,并对德国以政府为主体的生物能源研发状况进行了总结。
Germany is a leading country in bioenergy development. This article introduces the current utilization, market shares and future outlooks of bioenergy in Germany from solid fuel, bio-fuel and biogas, at the same time, it analyzes the related laws and regulations, subsidy systems, tax mechanisms and import policies which promote the research and application of bioenergy in Germany, and finally summarizes the government-driven bioenergy research and development arrangements in Germany.
