随着我国教育事业的不断发展,高校的规模也在不断扩大,许多高校形成了多校区管理的模式。该文简要地论述了当前高校劳资管理工作存在的主要问题,并结合多校区办学模式下的实际情况,提出了做好高校劳资管理工作的相关对策。

With the continuous development of China＇s education, the universities and colleges are also expanding the scale. At the same time, the multi-campus management mode had been used in many universities and colleges. This article discusses on the main problems of labor management work in universities and colleges and put forward the countermeasures under the actual situation of school-running mode of multi-campus.
