低场磁共振成像在踝关节损伤中的临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 踝关节是人体中结构较为复杂,外伤常累及的区域。踝关节扭伤是造成内、外踝韧带损伤及骨损伤的重要原因,由于X线对于肌腱、关节韧带、骨挫伤等提供的相关信息有限,临床上常低估损伤程度,没有得到规范的治疗而发展成慢性骨关节痛。磁共振成像(MRI)检查能清晰地显示踝关节复杂的骨结构、关节面软骨、韧带和肌腱,为临床提供丰富的诊断信息。
