汉语和汉语教学的再认识

摘要 汉语和汉语教学是一个大问题。第一,需要对汉语和汉语教学的相关概念再思考并加以规范。"对外汉语""、第二汉语"的说法有负面效果,不适宜继续使用。第二,汉语教学由于对象的不同是多种多样的,必须区别对待,具体问题具体分析。在国外进行汉语教学,需要处理好多种关系,应当注意到人家国家的政策和人民的感受。第三,区分语言和言语在汉语教学中是很有必要的。语言教学的首要任务是培养语言通,不是语言学家。提高语言运用能力是语言教学的中心任务。 As for the importance of Chinese language and its teaching,first of all,some concepts should be made clear.For example,the concepts of 'Chinese to the foreigners' and 'Second Chinese' mean something negative,and thus should not be used again.Secondly,the term 'Chinese language teaching' should be viewed in different ways due to its different learners.For example,if Chinese language is taught in the countries outside China,we should take into consideration the policies in those countries and the feelings of their people.Thirdly,it is very important to make a difference between language and parole.In particular,the main purpose of language teaching is to improve the trainees' ability to apply the language itself.
