基于Eviews软件分析的上海市区人均住房居住面积影响因素研究

Impact Factors Research of Per Capita Living Spaces in Shanghai Based on Eviews Software Analysis

通过模型建立,使用Eviews软件进行分析,对中国上海市区人均住房居住面积影响因素进行了研究。四个解释变量分别为:住宅投资额,常住人口,平均每人可支配收入和房屋竣工面积;被解释变量为:上海市区人均住房居住面积。数据为1980-2010年间数据,共31个样本,摘自上海统计局。

This paper adopts Eviews software analysis,building models to researcn the impact factors of ShanghaiJs per capita living spaces. The four main explanatory variables are Residential investment, Permanent resident population, Per capita disposable income and Floor space of buildings completed. The explained variable is Shanghai＇s per capita living spaces. The datas were collected from Shanghai bureau of statistics, totally 31 samples varies from 1980 to 2010.
