冷刀切开术后直视下尿道扩张治疗男性尿道狭窄的疗效观察

After Internal Urethrotomy in Urethral Expansion Therapy Curative Effect Observation of Male Urethral Stricture

目的:探讨尿道冷刀内切开联合直视下尿道扩张治疗男性尿道狭窄的疗效。方法:回顾性分析回45例用冷刀内切开联合直视下尿道扩张治疗尿道狭窄病例的临床资料。结果:45例患者均手术成功,术后排尿通畅,尿流率l4～20ml/s。再次出现狭窄1例,再次行冷刀内切开后,排尿通畅。无大出血、尿道穿孔、尿失禁等严重并发症发生。结论:冷刀切开术后直视下尿道扩张治疗男性尿道狭窄具有操作简单、创伤小、并发症少、可重复使用、疗效可靠等优点,值得临床推广。

Objective： To investigate urethral cold knife cut in joint in urethral expansion treatment the curative effect of male urethral stricture. Method： Retrospectived analysis of 45 cases back with cold knife cut in joint in urethral expansion treatment of urethral stricture cases clinical material. Result： 45 patients＇ operation were all successful, postoperative micturition unobstructed, urinary flow rate was 14 - 20 ml/s. Narrow appear again was 1, again in line cold knife cut, good voiding.No massive hemorrhage, perforation, urinary incontinence, ere serious complications occurred.Conclusion： After internal urethrotomy in urethral expansion treat male urethral stricture is characterized by simple operation, small trauma, less complications, reusable, curative effect and reliable, it is worth clinical promotion.
