摘要 对大型起重臂防后倾的不同缓冲器的吸能效果进行分析,以指定位移内吸能最大为原则,建立缓冲力设计目标,分析满足缓冲力要求的缓冲动态响应特征.建立变阻尼缓冲器的数学模型,对变阻尼缓冲器特性进行分析,研究影响缓冲力的因素.为验证这一理论模型,建立变阻尼缓冲器实验系统,通过一系列作动试验测定变阻尼缓冲系统的缓冲力响应,验证了变阻尼缓冲器的缓冲动态特性,探讨了缓冲力与缓冲速度之间的关系,将缓冲器的缓冲力设计转变成指定缓冲速度下的缓冲器特性设计,为起重机关键结构设计提供参考. By comparing the energy-absorption effects of different anti-backward buffers for large-scale crane booms, the dynamic buffering response properties are preliminarily analyzed on the design objectives of buffering forces to follow the maximum energy-absorption rule within a specific displacement. Subsequently, a variable damping buffer model is established for property and impact analysis on buffering forces. To validate the theoretical model, an experimental system is set up. Through a series of motional tests on buffering force response measurement, the dynamic buffering force properties are verified. Consequently, the design of buffer properties is transformed to from buffering forces to velocities based on the relationship between them. Therefore, this approach sets a reference to the key crane structural design.
