当代中国慈善伦理的价值及其理论建构

The Value and Study Construction of Charity Ethics in Contemporary China

慈善伦理在当代中国社会发展中有着重要的价值,它包括实现道德分配,促进社会和谐中的价值;弘扬人文精神,拒绝道德冷漠中的价值;增强社会责任感,培育现代公民意识中的价值。为了推进对慈善伦理的研究,必须对研究的课题内容进行梳理、概括,并在此基础上进行"顶层设计"。慈善伦理的理论建构可以分为慈善伦理基本问题研究、慈善伦理与文化传统研究、慈善伦理与现代公民教育研究三大板块,以及"慈善伦理的本质与社会作用、慈善行为的伦理评价、慈善组织的公信力建设、施助者与受助者的伦理关系;慈善伦理与中国传统文化、慈善伦理与西方文化、慈善伦理与宗教精神;慈善伦理与志愿者活动、慈善伦理与雷锋精神、慈善伦理与现代社会公民意识"十大课题。

Charity ethics owns great value for the development in contemporary China. For promoting the further study of the system of charity ethics, it is necessary to hackle and integrate the contents of the study, leading to ＂top-level design＂. The main contents of the study of charity ethics can be concluded into three plates ： the research of the fundamental issue about charity ethics, the research of charity ethics and traditional culture, the research of charity ethics and modern civic education. There are also ten subjects about the study, including the research of the essence and social function of charity ethics, the ethical evaluation of charity ethics, the public credibility construction of charity ethics, the moral relationship between giver and receiver, etc.
