社会建设背景下和谐社区内涵的多维解读

当前社会建设的滞后已成为制约中国科学发展的一大"短板"。社区建设从微观层面担起了社会建设和创新社会管理的重任,其建设目标指向和谐社区。对和谐社区内涵的解读是和谐社区研究不可绕过的一个重要问题。但是由于众多专家学者的专业背景、研究视角、研究理念等方面的差异,不同理论视角投射到问题的角度和侧重点不同,因而导致对和谐社区内涵的解读和界定众说纷纭。对和谐社区内涵的解读需要牢牢把握两大核心要素:发展与和谐。既关注社区的全面进步与和谐,又要关注每个人的全面发展;既关注社区居民的物质需求、精神需求、发展性需求等方面的和谐统一,又要关注不同社区居民需求之间的协同合作。

At present social construction has become a large deficiency restricting the scientific development of China. Community construction which is the goal of harmonious community, takes on the heavy responsibilities of social construction and innovation of social management from microcosmic level. The interpretation of the harmonious community＇ s connotation can＇ t be neglected to the harmonious community＇ s research, which defined opinions differ from the scholars with different professional background, research perspective, and the focus of research. We should firmly grasp two core elements, development and harmony, which not only concern with the community progress and harmony, but the all - round development of everyone ; not only focus on the harmonious unification of the community residents needs for material, spiritual and development l but the collaboration between different community residents needs.
