摘要
特色餐具不仅在形状上打破了传统餐具的固有特点,而且在材质、色彩和花纹、加工工艺以及搭配使用等方面都进行了改变和创新。文章分析了成都高端餐饮特色餐具的现状,并提出了特色餐具的创新思路。
