摘要
旅游管理专业顶岗实习是培养学生实践能力的重要途径,然目前顶岗实习存在诸多问题。文章从旅游管理专业顶岗实习的现状入手,探讨了旅游管理专业顶岗实习存在的问题,并提出了相应对策,以期提高旅游管理专业顶岗实习的质量。
Employment internship for tourism management students is an important way to develop practical a- bility for students. However, there are many problems hindering its further development. The paper analyzes its current situation and problems before proposing countermeasures in order to improve the quality of employment internship for tourism management students.
