国际物流网络与跨国公司生产网络的嵌入性研究——基于服务流程模块化的视角

The Study on the International Logistics Network Embedded Into Multinational Company Production Network——From the Perspective of Modular of Service Process

全球生产网络是由生产性服务业网络与跨国公司生产网络嵌套而成的微观组织形式,是推动微观与宏观经济重组的重要组织力量。作为生产服务业中最有活力、发展最为迅速的国际物流业更是一国产业结构调整和经济转型升级的关键力量。文章对国际物流业产业结构特征和竞争新动态进行深入分析,并在阐释其实施模块化的可行性和必要性的基础上得出通过模块化分解与整合形成国际物流网络的可操作性路径,又进一步通过对模块化嵌入跨国公司生产网络的机制及影响的分析,试图将模块化生产框架扩展到生产性服务活动领域,从而为其他生产服务业的模块化发展与服务网络的形成并嵌入跨国公司生产网络提供借鉴作用,也会对经济全球化背景下通过生产服务业与制造业的互动发展促进产业结构调整和优化升级有所启示。

The global production network is the microstructure of the producer service industry nested into the production network of multi-national companies, which is the important organization power facilitating micro-and macro-economic restructuring. The logistics industry, as the most dynamic and rapid development production service, is the key power of industrial structure and economic development in one country. This paper analyzes the industry structure and the new competition of the international logistics, explains the feasibility and necessity of modular implementation, and proposes a feasible path for international logistics network through modular decomposition and integration. And then the paper analyzes the influences of the embedded multinational company production network, in order to make production framework modular expand to productive service activity area. Besides, it provides reference for the modular development and the formation of service network embedding the multinational company production network through modular in other production services. It will shed light on the adjustment and upgrading of the industrial structure through the interactive development of the production services and manufacturing in economic globalization.
