我国建筑防水技术发展历史回顾与展望

HISTORICAL REVIEW AND OUTLOOK OF DEVELOPMENT OF DOMESTIC BUILDING WATERPROOF TECHNIQUE

我国建筑防水技术发展历程大致经历了远古时代,从商、周、秦到晚清时代和近、现代社会三个阶段。当前,个性化的建筑防水构造与重视细部处理的设防,是防水工程的成败关键。未来的防水材料只有通过理论和实践相结合,把防水与主体结构真正地融合在一起,使之具备保护结构、延长房屋寿命和生命的能力,才能体现其功能价值。

Chinese building waterproof technique has passed three development phases including ancient phase, Shang, Zhou, Qin to Late Qing Dynasties phase, modern and contemporary society phase. At present, individualized building waterproof structure and emphasis on waterproof detail treatment are key points in waterproof engineering. Future waterproof materials shall combine theory and practice together to effectively integrate waterproof structure with main building structure and to realize their functions in protecting building safety and extending building service life.
