摘要
我国国际承包企业在EPC项目设计管理环节存在诸多问题,对项目成本及工期造成不良影响。阐述EPC项目在前期准备及实施阶段的设计管理,以案例的形式引出我国承包商在现行EPC项目主要的设计管理问题,并提出相应对策。
