摘要
以改性剂N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、氯化胆碱和十二烷基三甲基氯化铵对柞蚕丝织物进行改性处理,研究了改性剂浓度、温度、pH值和浴比对改性效果的影响。实验结果表明,十二烷基三甲基氯化铵的改性效果最好。改性最佳工艺条件:改性剂浓度10 g/L、pH值6、温度70℃、浴比1:30。改性柞蚕丝织物用活性染料染色,织物的K/S值、染料的上染率和固色率均有较大幅度的提高,染色牢度较好。
Three modifiers, N -hydroxymethyl acrylamide, choline chloride and dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride were used to treat tussah silk fabric. The effects of the concentration, pH value and temperature of the modifiers and the bath ratio on the modification were studied. The results showed that the modification effect of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride was the best. When the modifier concentration was 10 g/L, pH value 6, bath ratio 1 : 30, temperature 70 ℃ and time 30 minutes, best result was obtained. The K/S values of dyed fabric, dyeing rate and fixation efficiency remarkably increased. The fastness was also good.
