Grassroots Academic Organization Construction of Newly-built Colleges and Universities in Liaoning Province

基层学术组织是重要的一级社会力量变革主体,是对大学研究从基层为原点研究大学参与社会、适应社会的组织单元与操作单位。作者通过对国内外关于大学学术组织研究理论的梳理,并对辽宁省新建地方本科院校学术组织体系存在的问题进行阐述,试图借助高校创新团队组织有效性理论,提出新建本科院校基层学术组织建设研究的对策建议。

Grassroots academic organizations are an important force in social change. They are also basic organic and operational units to study how a college or university participates arid suit the society. Because these organizations decide the form and function of a college or university, to study the academic organizations in a basic level, especially their structural system, is significant to stick to the technicality, maintain the independence and uplift the group spirit of a College or university. Studies on academic organizations in China and abroad are summa- rized. Furthermore, problems related to the academic organizations of newly - built colleges and universities in Liaoning province are discussed. Finally, some advice on the issue is proposed with the theory of organizational effectiveness.
