摘要 目的探讨藻蓝蛋白对脐血来源的树突状细胞(CBDC)激活细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞(CIK)杀伤肝癌细胞功能的影响。方法用流式细胞检测技术检测藻蓝蛋白对CBDC表型的影响;用MTT方法检测CBDC—CIK对肝癌BEL-7402细胞的杀伤功能。结果藻蓝蛋白通过促进CBDC表达CD86和CD83从而促其成熟;当效靶比为80:1时,100μg/mL的藻蓝蛋白提高CBDC—CIK杀伤肝癌细胞BEL-7402的功能。结论藻蓝蛋白通过促进CBDC成熟,提高CBDC—CIK杀伤肝癌细胞的功能。 Objective To investigate the phycocyanine influenced CBDC activating CIK to kill liver cancer. Methods The flow cytometry was used to detect the phenotype of CBDC induced by phycocyanine. The MTT was used to detect the killing function of CBDC - CIK to BEL - 7402 liver cancer. Results Phycocyanine promoted CBDC maturation by inducing CD86 and CD83 expressions. When the effector - target ratio of CBDC - CIK to BEL -7402 was 80: 1, phycoeyanine of 100 μg/mL improved of killing BEL -7402 function of CBDC. Conclusion Phycocyanine improves the CBDC - CIK killing liver cancer function through inducing CBDC matu- ration.
