摘要
顶岗实习是高职教育重要的实践教学环节。针对当前高职院校顶岗实习质量评价中存在的主要问题,构建了一种包含实习前期计划准备、实习中期过程控制和实习后期评价反馈的质量评价体系,该评价体系具有评价主体多元、评价对象多样、评价内容系统、注重过程控制和结果反馈的特点。
Post practice of higher vocational and technical education is the necessary factor in practice teaching system. Based on analysis on the main problems in present post practice, this paper constructs a feasible index system to evaluate the quality of post practice. The index system is comprised of designing part before practice training, processing control part during practice training and evaluation and feedback part after practice training, which has the characteristics of evaluation of multiple subjects, evaluation object diversity, evaluation content system and focusing on process control and results feedback.
