根据我国高等职业教育发展趋势,进一步深化校企合作,推进管理体制机制创新是高职院校的改革和发展方向。文章针对高职院校校企合作体制机制改革的热点和难点问题,以娄底职业技术学院为例,论述了高职院校校企合作方面体制机制创新的思路,分析了七项新举措。

According to the trend of higher occupation education development in our country, further deepen the school-enterprise cooperation, promote the innovation of management system and mechanism is the direction of reform and development of Higher Vocational colleges. The hot and difficult problems in Higher Vocational Col- leges school-enterprise cooperation system reform in Loudi Vocational and Technical College as an example of the idea innovation system mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation of vocational colleges, analyzes the seven new initiatives.
